We offer a 7-Day Return Policy.
You can return the product within 7 days if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product does not match the description
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Please share an unboxing video for damaged-item claims (important)
- Return shipping is paid by us if the defect is from our side, otherwise by the customer
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product, we will check it and refund you via Easypaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer within 2-3 working days.
